Preserving patient confidentiality is of paramount importance. Your health information is protected by federal and state privacy laws and is maintained in accordance with all legal requirements for security, privacy, confidentiality, and accessibility. We will never disclose your protected health information unless mandated or permitted by law to do so.

Furthermore, to avoid any potential conflicts of interest, your healthcare providers in Student Health do not have any involvement in the academic assessment or promotion of UTHealth students. Our role as health professionals is first and foremost to serve as your treating clinician.
