Unwanted Guests Alert!
Hey neighbors!
We all love having visitors, but NOT the creepy-crawly, scampering-in-the-night kind!
To keep our community pest-free and our snacks safe from tiny invaders, here are some quick and easy tips:
- Trash Talk – Take out your trash regularly and keep lids closed tight. Pests LOVE a buffet, and we’d rather not serve them!
- Crumb Patrol – Wipe down counters, sweep up crumbs, and store food in sealed containers. Ants and roaches are NOT paying rent!
- Close the Club – Seal up any cracks, keep doors and windows closed, and report any gaps or leaks to maintenance. No VIP access for pests!
- Food Etiquette – Don’t leave pet food out overnight. Unless you want a midnight mouse rave!
- See Something? Say Something! – If you spot a pest problem, let management know ASAP so we can take action.
Together, we can keep our community a clean, comfy, and pest-free paradise!
Thanks for being awesome neighbors!
