About InterFaculty Council

Effective September 1, 2025, by operation of Senate Bill 37 of the 89^th Legislature of the State of Texas, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) Interfaculty Council (IFC), as described within these webpages, is abolished, and a new interim President's Faculty Advisory Committee has been established. Any references to the role of the IFC in UTHealth Houston administration, policy, and/or governance will be managed as directed by the President.
