Robin Dickey

Robin Dickey, PhD, is the University Ombuds at UTHealth Houston. The Ombuds serves the faculty, staff, students, postdoctoral fellows, and medical graduates as a point of contact for directing individuals to appropriate information, resources, and offices. Dickey received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University, and PhD in Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences from Saybrook University. Dickey joined UTHealth in 2016 within the UTHealth Faculty Assistance Program. She serves UTHealth Houston through both supportive capacities. Robin is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, professional mediator, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is a member of the of the International Ombuds Association and practices according to the IOA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
