Konstance Castle

Konstance Castle is a licensed clinical social worker and referral coordinator at the UTHealth Houston Center for Eating Disorders. In this role, she oversees intake coordination, referral processing, and insurance authorization for adult and adolescent stepped-care programming. With over a decade of experience spanning clinical social work and federal program management, Castle brings a unique blend of therapeutic insight and operational precision to her work. She is dedicated to facilitating timely access to care and guiding patients through the initial stages of treatment with compassion and clarity.

Prior to joining UTHealth Houston, Castle held lead roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Internal Revenue Service, where she led strategic initiatives in contract oversight, case management, and performance evaluation. Castle earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where she specialized in management and communication organization and employee assistance programs. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
