Eduardo Salas, PhD, has been recognized by the Joint Commission for 40 years of work in the areas of team science and safety in healthcare organizations. An industrial and organizational (I/O) psychologist, Dr. Salas is the Allyn R. & Gladys M. Cline Chair and Professor of Psychology at Rice University, and co-director of the Team Science component at the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences (CCTS).
