Please join us for a very special CE event, including a documentary screening & panel discussion: Hotel of 10,000 Stars is a short documentary about the unseen labor of Gulf Coast shrimping. It serves as a window into the supply chain and the complex systems that make up the industry, allowing viewers to see the people whose livelihoods and health are forever intertwined with it. This event is presented by People Centered Research Lab, in collaboration with the Docside Clinic, Humanities Texas, Texas Violence & Injury Prevention Research Center, Saint Arnold Brewing Company, the UTHealth Houston EOHS Department, and the Southwest Center for Occupational & Environmental Health. Certificate of attendance and CEUs provided post-event are contingent on attendance and evaluation completion.
