Service Locations
Interactive Video Service currently supports nine convenient locations within the UTHealth campus. These resources can be accessed and scheduled through Interactive Video Services by filling out the specific service request form.
Locations/rooms are listed below (Advance notification is required):
University of Texas Medical School
Medical School rooms that are equipped for higher resolution recording and broadcast include: MSB B500,1.006, 2.006, 2.103, 2.135, and 3.001. Lower resolution recordings can also be made in B100, B605, B620, B621, B623, G100, and G520. That is, participants at remote locations can participate fully in the scheduled event. Beyond these sites, there are many others throughout the various buildings of the Health Science Center that, with sufficient lead time, can be scheduled for conferencing and/or content capture. In addition, there are easily learned methods for producing recordings on a personal computer in the comfort of one's office.
