In this course selected topics in computational biomedicine, based on students’ interests, will be studied in depth.  The focus will be on how different computational approaches can be applied to study any single biomedical problem. Among the topics covered will include machine learning, computational modeling, Bayesian approach, and nonlinear dynamical systems in biomedicine.
