An opening for a Graduate Research Assistant position in informatics is available at the School of Biomedical Informatics, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. The successful candidate will work (20 hours/week with GRA benefits) with Drs. Zhang, Walji, Franklin & Min Zhu in the areas of biomedical informatics and computer software design. The applicant should have a good understanding of human-computer interface, usability assessment, and basic statistical analysis or related areas. A strong background in computer programming with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science preferred is required.
