HI 5002 Directed Study in Health Informatics

Prerequisite: Consent of instructor 

This course provides a mechanism for students to explore topics of personal interest in the field of Health Informatics, under the direct supervision of a faculty member. Faculty consent is required and a proposal document summarizing the topic to be studied, learning objectives, and expected outcomes, approved by the supervising faculty member, is due to the Office of Academic Affairs by the end of third week in the semester. This course may be graded on a letter grade or pass/fail basis and may be repeated as topics vary.
