| Apr 15 - May 17 | Registration for all summer sessions |
| May 17 | Tuition & fee payment due to avoid late fee - 12-wk & 1st 6-wk sessions |
| May 18 | Assessment of late tuition payment fee begins - 12-wk & 1st 6-wk sessions |
| May 20-23 | Late registration (late registration fee assessed) - 12-wk & 1st 6-wk sessions |
| May 20-23 | Class add/drop for students already registered - 12-wk & 1st 6-wk sessions |
| May 20 | Summer classes begin - 12-wk & 1st 6-wk sessions |
| May 23 | Application for summer graduation - submit to Registrar's Office |
| May 27 | Memorial Day holiday - university closed |
| Jun 5 | Tuition & fee payment should be made to the Bursar's Office |
| Jun 10 - Jul 1 | Registration for 2nd 6-wk session |
| Jun 24 | Second installment payment due |
| Jun 28 | Last class day - 1st 6-wk session |
| Jul 1 | Final exams - 1st 6-wk session |
| Jul 1 | Tuition & fee payment due to avoid late fee - 2nd 6-wk session |
| Jul 2-8 | Late registration (late registration fee assessed) - 2nd 6-wk session |

| Aug 9 | Last day to drop courses & receive grade of 'WP' or 'WF' - 12-wk & 2nd 6-wk sessions |
| Aug 12-13 | Final exams for 12-wk session |
| Aug 12 | State of the science and dissertation papers due to SBMI Academic Affairs |
| Aug 12 | Poster session |
| Aug 12 | Last class day for 2nd 6-wk session |
| Aug 13 | Final exams for 2nd 6-wk session |
| Aug 13 | Faculty grade changes to registrar for spring '13 incompletes |
