To enroll for an audit course proceed to https://secureweb.hsc.uth.tmc.edu/cardiff/teleform/eforms10/Add_Drop_Withd.pdf . Submit the completed form to the Office of the Registrar.


Dental Hygiene, Dental Post Graduate, Clinical Research and Biomedical Informatics students may not audit courses.
