UTHSC-H Academic Graduates
All students expecting to graduate must submit an Application for Graduation form on the myUTH student portal during registration for classes for the term you expect to complete requirements for the degree. The Graduation Fee published in the Tuition and Fee Schedule will be assessed at this time. The fee is non-refundable. Once the requirements for the degree have been met, the school will send an Authorization for Degree to the Registrar, who will certify that requirements have been met. A diploma will then be ordered, with the graduate's name based on a student submitted Diploma Name Request form or the student's name in the student records system. Printing takes 8 - 12 weeks. The Registrar's Office delivers these diplomas to the school for delivery to the graduate.
