Submit an Item to News on the Go

Note: Submit all events and deadlines to the Web Calendar.  Submit other items for consideration on this form. The deadline for the weekly issue is 10 a.m. on the Thursday prior to Monday publication. 

Please make note of a change in how dated-related information should be submitted for inclusion in News on the Go:

Web Calendar
Date-related information for lectures, luncheons or conferences for This Week's Events and Save the Date/RSVP/Register should be submitted to the UT Health Science Center-wide Web Calendar. Please submit complete, but concise, information to the Web Calendar. Be sure to include a URL for any additional online information.

Please submit items a week before the publication deadline so that they make it through the Web Calendar approval process prior to the appropriate Thursday deadline. For any event that requires registration or an RSVP, please submit a calendar item for the deadline and an item for the event date.

Submissions Form
Submissions of non-date-related information, such as administrative issues not related to a specific event or date, should be submitted by filling out the submissions form.

Clinical Trials
To publicize the need for participants in UT Health Science Center at Houston clinical trial, please submit study information to the new Clinical Trials web site. Once the trial has been approved for publication on the site, send an e-mail alerting us to the new posting and we will link to it from an upcoming issue of News on the Go.
