Temporary home of the Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine for the Prevention of Human Disease (IMM) while The Fayez S. Sarofim Research Building is under construction.

The Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke's Hospital – The Denton A. Cooley Building is located at 6770 Bertner Avenue. This location is adjacent to St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in the Texas Medical Center (TMC) and near the intersection of Fannin Street and Holcombe Boulevard.

As part of the continuing efforts to remove the threat of heart disease from all our lives, The Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke's Hospital - The Denton A. Cooley Building, a 327,000 square-foot building, was dedicated in January of 2002.

This facility offers the full spectrum of cardiovascular services, from much-needed laboratory space for cutting-edge research programs to 12 operating suites, from a 521 seat auditorium to 93 new patient rooms.
