UT House Medics Needs Volunteers:
This years event will be on Saturday, April 6th and Saturday, April 13th. You, your family and your friends are invited to join us for one of the most rewarding events ever! Commemorative T-Shirts will be given to the first 100 volunteers.
About Us:
UT House Medics is a team of volunteers who make the elderly citizens of Houston feel special. We scrape and paint their homes, beautify landscaping, replace windows and doors, build wheelchair ramps, and so much more. As a volunteer, one of the best feelings is when our homeowner sees their new home!
We partner with Houston's largest community outreach organization called 'Rebuilding Together - Houston'(RTH). RTH works to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize neighborhoods. They do this by providing home repair and renovation services at no cost to low-income homeowners in need, specifically the elderly, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and people impacted by natural disasters.
