- oversees the accuracy of the Graduate School’s assessment documentation and reporting for administrative operations, academic programs and assessment of student learning outcomes; records data in school and institutional database applications.
- communicates and prepares presentation materials regarding assessment and use of database applications; supports school’s assessment needs related to institutional accreditation and special accreditation of the school’s professional academic programs
- analyzes administrative and educational processes in the collection and storage of applicant, student, faculty and alumni data; analyzes and documents process workflows, maps existing processes, and identifies opportunities for improvement
- designs database queries and compiles, analyzes, and reports statistical data for institutional effectiveness and assessment projects; develops and maintains quality controls for all database applications
