GSBS FACULTY RECRUITING STUDENTS
INTO THEIR LABORATORIES

Academic Year 2012-2013

The GSBS faculty is polled periodically to determine which faculty members are interested in having new students join their research programs and also anticipate they will have the necessary funding to support them. The faculty who responded affirmatively to these questions are indicated below.
Please understand that the absence of a faculty member's name on this list does not necessarily mean that he or she is disinterested in having new students join his or her research group. For example, a faculty member may have received additional funding or had a student graduate after responding to the GSBS questionnaire. Conversely, please remember that a faculty member's name on the list does not guarantee that he/she is still in a position to have new students join his/her laboratory. For example, the faculty member may have made a commitment to another student or fellow after the most recent GSBS survey.
This list is meant to serve as a general guide to aid students in identifying potential advisors. Program Directors and the GSBS Office of Academic Affairs are also available to assist students. As the selection of an advisor is an important decision, students are encouraged to begin considering opportunities and speaking to potential mentors in a timely manner.
