Research Interests:
- Growth regulation, differentiation and tumor heterogeneity in human primary brain tumors
We are interested in the molecular mechanism of tumor progression and differentiation, as well as the role of growth factors like EGF and TGFs in growth regulation of human brain tumors. The role of biologic agents and antisense oligonucleotides as growth inhibitors is being investigated.
A tutorial in this laboratory would include introduction to a variety of techniques in cell biology and biochemistry.
