The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center
Department of Experimental Therapeutics
Research Interests:
- Cellular and molecular responses to DNA damage by anticancer drugs
- Development and validation of strategies for dysregulation of cell cycle checkpoint pathways and for inhibition of DNA repair mechanisms
- Investigations of the signaling pathways that lead to cell death as a consequence of these events
A tutorial in my laboratory would be directed at gaining a familiarity with procedures necessary to answer a defined question in these areas of interest.
