Research Interests:
- Cellular and molecular immunology
- Regulation of T cells
- Antigen recognition
- Lymphocyte activation and adhesion
- Integrin receptors
- Signal transduction
- Cytoskeleton
- Cell motility
The objective of my research is to define, on both the cellular and molecular level, the relationship of T cell activation, adhesion, and differentiation to the stimulation of the antigen specific T cell receptor and cell adhesion receptors.
A tutorial in my laboratory would provide experience in T lymphocyte biology, macromolecular chemistry, cell culture, molecular genetics, adhesion biology, signal transduction, and digital image analysis.
