The objective of my research is to use nucleoside analogues in combination for therapy of cancer on the basis of biochemical rationale. The rationale is achieved by understanding the biological, biochemical, and molecular mechanisms of action of each drug and the consequences on the metabolic events in intact cells and in cell free system.
A tutorial in my laboratory would provide experience in biological, biochemical, and molecular approaches to understand the metabolism and mechanism of action of the antimetabolites.
