- Students' Insurance Coverage – For new Spring students or students who purchased the insurance for the Fall and want to waive the Spring semester. Students who would like to waive their university health insurance coverage because they already are covered under another policy must submit request by the following deadline: Academic students – Jan. 25, 2012 ($439 fee) Please review your bill closely on UTLINK. To waive, fill out your Student Health Insurance Confirmation form. Do not complete this form if you are purchasing United Health Insurance as assessed on your student fee bill.
