- GS04 1073 Developmental Biology (instead of GS04 1223 Fundamental Mechanisms of Cancer Development in the fall)

Summer
- GS01 1014 Biomedical Statistics (Optional; students may choose instead to take GS03 1102 Current Methods in Biochemistry in their second year to satisfy the GSBS Quantitative Area requirement).
