Dean Stancel serves as chief academic officer of The University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and provides the leadership required to achieve the highest standards as he oversees policy establishment, coordinating and implementing academic goals, educational policy, curriculum planning and development, program reviews, funding support, resource allocation, and staff personnel actions pertaining to the GSBS.
