Getting Help with Effort Reporting

Everyone who is required to certify effort has a designated effort coordinator.  The effort coordinator can answer your questions, monitor certification activity, and follow up with any late certification issues.  The name of your effort coordinator appears on your effort statement.  If you are not sure who your effort coordinator is, please contact your department administrator or your Dean’s office.  You can also email us at effort@uth.tmc.edu or call (713) 500-3392.

Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP)
OSP is the central office for managing proposal submissions, contract negotiations, award acceptance, and research compliance and ethics at UTHealth. Post-Award Finance (PAF)
The PAF Team’s role is a support role to Principal Investigators and department administrators.http://www.uthouston.edu/post-award/index.htm

System Data Resources (SDR)The SDR Team's role is responsible for the processing of all employee data into the PeopleSoft system. The information entered is used to compile the data uploaded into the web based effort reporting system (ECRT).http://www.uth.tmc.edu/finance/sdr/
