Getting Help with Effort Reporting

Individuals required to certify effort have a designated effort coordinator.  The effort coordinator can answer questions, monitor certification activity, and follow up with any late certification issues.  The name and contact information of your effort coordinator appears on your effort statement.  If you are unsure who your effort coordinator is, please contact your department administrator or your Dean’s office.  You can also email the Effort Reporting Team at effort@uth.tmc.edu or call (713) 500-3392.

Sponsored Projects Administration, Preaward
SPA Preaward is the central office for managing proposal submissions, contract negotiations, award acceptance, and research compliance and ethics at UTHealth.
