The seventh panel discussion of the George McMillan Fleming Center at The University of Texas School of Public Health (UTSPH) was held recently on the topic of Healthcare Reform: Diagnosis + Prognosis. Arthur ‘Tim’ Garson, Jr., MD, MPH, executive vice president and provost at the University of Virginia, and incoming senior vice president for health policy and health systems and the director of the Institute for Health Policy at UTHealth, moderated the event.
