Getting Ready to Smile

Miranda said she was grateful to learn of this event through Epiphany Health Outreach Services (ECHOS).

UT Dental Branch faculty and GHDS volunteer community dentists donated their time to treat 131 children and four adults, performing 766 procedures, the equivalent of nearly $56,000 in care. An additional $4,200 was donated in supplies and staff time. The GHDS worked with three agencies to identify patients: ECHOS, San Jose Clinic and Communities in Schools.
