The visit was part of an international tour of some of the world's leading universities to help the Vietnamese government in establishing several universities in the next 10 to 15 years. The delegation included officials from several Vietnamese universities, who heard presentations about several of the UT Health Science Center schools and about finance, information technology, library resources and research.
