Mary Story, Ph.D., speaks on “Curbing the Childhood Obesity Epidemic: The Role of the Food Environment and Food Policies” April 13 as the inaugural Michael & Susan Dell Lecturer in Child Health in Austin. A professor in the Division of Epidemiology and Community Health, School of Public Health, at the University of Minnesota, Story also is director of the National Program Office for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Healthy Eating Research program. She was welcomed by Deanna Hoelscher, Ph.D., director of the Michael & Susan Dell Center for Advancement of Healthy Living, a part of The University of Texas School of Public Health.
