A Break from Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

After riding their bikes from Houston to LaGrange in this year’s BP MS 150, riders took an overnight break before finishing the ride to Austin April 22. From left are Robert Emery, Dr.P.H., assistant vice president for safety, health, environment and risk management at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and associate professor of occupational safety and health in the UT School of Public Health; George Stancel, Ph.D., dean of the UT Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences; and Scott Patlovich, safety manager and public health student.
The 67 riders on Team UT raised $43,276 to help people living with multiple sclerosis. Riders for Team UT also included representatives of the UT M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and UT Medical Branch at Galveston.
