Bring your walking shoes and join UTHealth at the Shape Up Houston Walking Challenge Launch. Meet up with other Texas Medical Center community members, learn more about the challenge and recieve a free t-shirt, TMC Walking Map and other giveaways while supplies last. There will be a short, 15 to 20 minute group walk led by the Shape Up Houston Team.
