The Center for Healthy Aging – Bellaire is located in the UT Physicians building near the intersection of 610 West Loop South and Bellaire Blvd.

You may call the Center on Healthy Aging at 713.486.5157 to leave a message that will be answered on the next working day.

Please call 713.500.6300 if you have an urgent need. The answering service will contact the physician on call.

If you have a true emergency, dial 911.

Prescription Refills: Contact the clinic at the number above at least one week before you run out of your medications. Triplicate prescriptions must be requested 7 days prior to pick up.
Medical Records: If you need a copy of your medical records, please complete a release form and we will forward it to Medical Records. You may download a form from www.utphysicians.com.
Parking: Parking in the parking garage behind the UT Physicians building is free. There is a drop off area as you enter the driveway from the 610 feeder road and handicapped parking is also available adjacent to the building.

Directions to the Center for Healthy Aging:

Driving south on the 610 West Loop, exit at Bissonnet Street. Stay on the feeder road. After crossing Bissonnet, move to the right lane and turn right into the driveway at 6700 West Loop South. You may also exit the 610 West Loop at Bellaire Boulevard and move immediately to the right lane.

Driving north on the 610 West Loop, exit at Bissonnet Street. At Bissonnet, take the u-turn under the freeway and go south on the feeder road. Move to the right land and enter the driveway at 6700 West Loop South.

Driving west on Bellaire Boulevard, pass under the 610 Loop and turn right at the traffic light at First Street. Turn right into the parking entrance for Pin Oak visitors. Or you can continue to Cedar Street, turn right and then right again onto the 610 feeder road. Enter the driveway at 6700 West Loop South.

Driving east on Bellaire boulevard, turn left at the traffic light at First Street just before the traffic light at the 610 west loop. Turn right into the parking entrance for Pin Oak visitors. Or continue to Cedar Street, turn right onto Cedar Street, then right again onto the 610 feeder road. Enter the driveway at 6700 West Loop South.

To make an appointment for a clinic visit or house call or for further information, please call 713.486-5157 during business hours. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your first visit to complete paperwork. The initial visit and evaluation usually take at least 2 hours.
