Academic Resources for UTHealth Faculty
The Executive Vice President for Academics & Research Affairs is responsible for the management and oversight of central academic, faculty, and student affairs at UTHealth.
These responsibilities include the establishment of academic policies and creation of interprofessional and interdisciplinary academic initiatives. We also facilitate processes such as faculty appointments, promotion and tenure process, endowed positions, and without salary faculty appointments.
